Trench Crusaders

Trench Crusaders is a tabletop game that brings back the edge times and will make you look back at your emo times and wonder to yourself that may it really was not a phase. Some people consider it the new up and coming rival to Game Workshop’s Warhammer series since it is Grimdark and shares similar roots to the large franchise. As an undercover edge lord myself, I can say the lore and the figures tap into my middle school skull obsession just right. I will say that the lore, and in my opinion some of the figures as well, also does not take itself too seriously either. It has the right mix of dark seriousness and whimsiness that any good series should have. I have not had the opportunity to play a full game yet, but while building the figures I can say that there was one fucker that refused to standup regardless of how much glue, time, and support he has been given. The few times that he did stand up his arm would pop off just to get me to reattach it just for his legs to fall off the stand. He will be forever called Lameman or similar names. Other figures were fun to build regardless of how much of a novice that I am. Painting will soon ensure once all figures can stand on their own and my glue bound figures find their way again.
